Live video detailing is a live, person-to-person detail conducted via web and phone. Because it’s available on-demand when the HCP wants to interact, the average inbound video detail lasts 10 minutes.
 
The HCP sees and hears the Publicis Touchpoint Solution’s video representative via a webcam link. The representative hears the HCP via phone. During the video detail, the representative can display on the HCP’s computer the approved content appropriate to answer the HCP’s questions.
